• Since you know there is a definite market for your book idea. It's time to get down to the basics of writing. Create an outline of sample chapters that you think should be include. Think like the reader for a few moments and ask yourself how they might want to see the subject covered. What questions do you think they have in their minds about the subject.

• Take into consideration the reader's age and reading skills. Writing a book to the wrong target audience is just as bad as writing a book on the wrong subject.

• Create a rough draft, show it to a few trusted friends and business professionals or even experts in the same field. You want honest evaluation without feeling hurt if they criticize you. Put aside your ego. If you want your book to sell, you need the opinions of others you can trust.

• Search not only for what they are saying about your work, but what they aren't saying but might be hinting at. What important information are you missing from your book?

• Edit your work until it flows like a stream of thoughts!! Don't expect others to do this for you. They don't know your thoughts and your feelings. • Of course, you'll be writing on a computer, so save the old drafts and files in a folder called OLD CONSTRUCTS. Nothing is worse that realizing you deleted part of a file by mistake, that you really wanted in your manuscript.

• After you've drafted the text of the ebook (including your table of contents, introduction, preface, etc.), you need to design a great book cover. If you are a graphic designer, or you plan to go through a publishing company, pencil sketch an idea for your cover. The title and graphics of the book cover is what grabs buyers attention. A poorly designed book cover will mean immediate failure no matter what it says inside the guts because people just won't get far enough to look inside.
